THE ROLE:
The Staff Equipment and Process Engineer (Engineer Level 4) will work onsite at our state of art Innovation and Manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem, NC. Will support engineering projects in a multi-functional environment. This involves adapting and applying engineering techniques, conducting tests and inspections, and constructing or modifying machines and mechanisms for blending, packaging, and warehousing operations. This role will analyze machine operations, collect and report data, prepare materials and perform tasks to modify machines and processes for better operation. Will be responsible for working on new projects created by the engineering team, attend meetings, and streamline activities with other departments to complete projects in a timely manner.

Experience leading facilities projects: overseeing planning, design, construction, and maintenance of physical assets to ensure they are functional, safe, and efficient, including: managing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations for renovations, system upgrades, and space reconfigurations in a manufacturing environment.
